I think they are pretty good. They are minty and work within 15-20 mins. I mostly like to take these at end of day for a good night sleep
I use the tablets and strips which both are top tier quality, having said that the strips in my opinion feel slightly more uplifting, and I personally love the taste. If the price were the same as the tablets, I would order much more of the sublingual strips. Phenomenal rating from personal experience across many similar but lesser quality products. Hydroxie has come through every, single, time!
