I work a physically demanding job and have have a couple back surgeries. These help take the edge off and allow for a good nights sleep without the morning grogginess. Game changer. These hydroxy tabs are the very best things I’ve ever found. They are doing exactly what I want them to do giving me that energy boost that I so desperately needed. Going through menopause is not easy and I am now happy with these. I just wish they were a little less expensive. I can’t afford $50 every every 6 to 10 days. Ugh!!
